REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential for your workout. 
If your choice does not meet your expectations or needs, 
our comprehensive refund and return policy has been created to offer a 
hassle-free solution, ensuring that you can shop with complete confidence.

1. RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of package receipt. 
If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we will not 
be able to offer a refund or exchange.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as received. Specifically:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    
    All original tags must be securely attached.
    
    The item must be returned in its original packaging.
    
    Items showing signs of use, sweat, makeup stains, or odors will not be accepted.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned, including:

   Underwear and special thermal clothing items.

   Items marked as "Final Sale".

   Products damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer 
   (e.g., not following washing instructions).

4. THE REFUND PROCESS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email to notify you 
that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection 
of your refund, based on the condition of the item. If approved, your refund will be processed 
and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. 
If you need to exchange an item, please make the request through our customer portal 
to ensure the replacement item is reserved for you.

6. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

Shipping costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility, except 
in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you receive a refund, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the total. 
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

7. PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for our team to inspect your return after 
it arrives at our warehouse. After approval, the time it takes for the refund to be credited 
to your account depends on your financial institution, usually ranging from 3 to 7 business days.
